After much consideration, I have decided not to post current
rates on this site due to the overwhelming complexities
that go along with quoting a rate.
Many internet mortgage companies post and update
their rates daily and I have found that 9 times out of 10,
the rates and fees they offer are misleading and usually never
granted for some reason or another.
